I purchased these BH Triggers to go along with with black hole practice heads, they work great. I recently moved to a new house and the neighbors are close by so this is perfect for me to rehearse, write, and record before tours. 10/10 Recommend.

Haven't been able to happily play my drums for a couple of years since we bought a dog because I was worried about hurting his ears. It might sound stupid but that's what I did. Anyway, I tried mesh heads and other muffling systems but nothing gave me the sound or feel I was looking...
