RTOM Store Return Policy
To return a purchase, your item(s) must meet the following conditions*:
- Be in its original, unaltered condition. We reserve the right to reject any returns that have been altered or returned without original packaging.
- Your return must be dropped off at a shipping location within 14 days of your original delivery date.
How do I return? Email rtom3@verizon.net and include the following:
- Name
- Order#
- Reason for return
Once we receive the return, your money will be refunded within 3-4 business days.
*Please note:
- Refunds exclude the original shipping fee.
- We are not responsible for return shipping fees.
